Beautifully balanced and showing like a young lady at a debutant ball. A little closed but this wine really opens up on extended breathing...elegance personified. Subtle aromas of floral, dried herbal and exotic spice. Bright red berry/red currant flavours flanked by ripe, fine grained tannins. Drink till 2008. James Halliday Very crisp, firm and fresh cherry and strawberry fruit, with just a hint of mint. Score: 90.
