The wine displays intense berry characters balanced with soft fine tannins followed by a clean and crisp finish to make a captivating fruit driven wine. An ideal food wine which is the perfect partner for antipasto, pasta dishes and cheese platters. Wine Enthusiast The name requires another Australian-to-American English translation: A "brumby" is a wild Australian horse; a "jillaroo," a farm worker. Thankfully, this wine doesn't taste like anything you'd find in a stable: it offers very ripe black cherry flavors, with some black soil joining in on the finish.
