The result of all these efforts is a luscious dessert wine, lemon green in colour, youthful yet harmonious wine, delicately scented with intensely ripe flavours of lemons, apples, apricots and just a hint of honey. It's refined rich and alluring with great length and beautiful balance on the palate. A candidate for the cellar, but already drinkable and fabulously priced. Wine Spectator Very sweet and floral, with pineapple custard and green apple flavours that are decidedly reminiscent of a late-harvest Vouvray. Nicely done. Drink now through 2010. Score: 89. 2007.
