Open fermentation, gentle pressing and subsequent maturation for fifteen months in American oak casks have created a medium-bodied wine with abundant fruit characters of mulberries, mint and spice with firm, fine tannins. Try it with full-flavoured lamb or veal dishes, or a good cheese platter.
