The wine is golden straw in colour and has enticing aromas of fig and nectarine. The palate has a silky texture and great depth of flavour with an abundance of stonefruit and pear characters and an underlying lift of pink grapefruit. The palate is further intensified with the integration of vanillan oak. Enjoy this wine now or be rewarded with cellaring for up to 10 years. Wine Advocate The 2004 “Single Vineyard†Chardonnay exhibited a bit more of everything than the Reserve, deeper, more concentrated fruit, lots of tropical flavors reminiscent of a Central Coast Brewer-Clifton Chardonnay, and excellent length.
